Talk to an engineerWhat is included in managed IT support?
We scope help desk support, monitoring, patching, account administration, security and backup around your systems. Your agreement specifies covered users, devices, hours and responsibilities.
Can we start with a single IT problem?
Yes. Pay-as-you-go IT labor is $150 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments with a $37.50 minimum. Travel, parts and licenses are separate. We confirm the work before starting.
Where do you provide on-site support?
We are based in Manassas, Virginia and arrange on-site work across Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Confirm coverage for your address. The published travel charge is $65 within 40 miles; other travel is quoted.
What does the 15-minute response target mean?
It is an initial-response target for covered requests during the service hours in your agreement. It is not a promise to resolve every issue in 15 minutes. Priority, coverage and escalation are agreed before service begins.
Can you help with healthcare or financial security requirements?
We can help review technical controls, access, backup and documentation. Your organization and appropriate advisers determine applicable obligations. IT services alone do not establish or guarantee compliance.
What does a monthly support plan cost?
Monthly pricing is quoted after reviewing users, devices, applications and service hours. Unlimited support applies to the agreed scope. Your quote sets exclusions, project work, travel and contract terms.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team?
Yes. Co-managed support adds agreed capacity or specialist help. We define who handles requests, approves changes, owns access and coordinates outside vendors.
How do you help with backup and recovery?
We identify the systems and information you need to recover, agree recovery priorities and plan backup and restore testing. A successful backup job should be followed by checks that the required data and applications can actually be restored.
Do you offer website and digital services outside the DMV?
Yes. Website, application, SEO and content projects can be delivered remotely. Deliverables, review points and handover are agreed with your team.
