Genius Fixers is a managed IT provider headquartered in Manassas, Virginia. We look after the workstations, servers, networks, backups and security that small and mid-sized businesses run on — on-site across Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC, and remotely nationwide.
One team owns all of it. The engineers who monitor your network also run your backups, manage your firewalls and build your website, so nothing falls between vendors and nobody gets to point at somebody else when something breaks.
Our help desk works to a 15-minute response target and most issues are resolved remotely in the same session. For healthcare clients we operate as a HIPAA-compliant provider and sign business associate agreements, and we support PCI DSS, CMMC and ISO 27001 requirements alongside it.
